Description

This Contract is for repairs to the multi-purpose room in the City of Oviedo’s Riverside Park located at 1600 Lockwood Boulevard. The repairs include replacement of two (2) folding wall partitions and support system, repairs to the damaged wood trusses, painting, replacement of ceiling tiles, electrical improvements required for automation of the folding partition walls and other improvements necessary to complete the work as shown in the Contract Documents.
