Integrated Project Development (IPD) Contractors Under Contract to Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) Will Be Soliciting Bids for Construction Work Funded by the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) Funds. Projects May include mechanical or lighting upgrades; minor remodeling including painting and flooring; restroom upgrades; major remodeling projects, exterior site work projects; major upgrades to athletic facilities and many other types of projects. All contractor(s) and subcontractors(s) are subject to the current livable wage rate, in accordance with the City of Milwaukee Ordinance 310-13.
