Kilauea Avenue and Keawe Street Rehabilitation from Ponahawai Street to Waianuenue Avenue, MP 0.00 to MP 0.35. The project consists of A.C. pavement reconstruction, reconstruction of concrete curbs, curb and gutters, sidewalks, curb ramps and driveways; pavement striping, markings, markers, and signs; adjustment of manhole frames and covers, utility valves and boxes, drainage inlet steel frames and grates; installation of traffic signal loop detectors; and provisions for traffic control during construction. To be eligible for award, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawai'i, General Engineering Contractor's "A" license, prior to the award of the contract.. Confidential material shall be readily separable from the bid in order to facilitate public inspection of the non-confidential portion of the bid.
