Kingsland Country Estates Whispering Pines/ Forest Glenn Road Improvement Project

This project involves reclaiming and resurfacing of approximately 2 miles of minor local road sections in Kingsland Country Estates/Whispering Pine/Forest Glenn MSBU. Reclaim and resurface work involves roadway prep, shoulder removal, minor clearing and grubbing, importing limerock to re-establish 2% roadway slope, reclaiming and resurfacing, temporary striping, permanent thermoplastic striping, and stabilizing all areas disturbed during construction. CONTRACT TERM This contract will be in effect for 120 days from the date of the NOTICE TO PROCEED. The NOTICE TO PROCEED will not be issued until all required documentation is received by the COUNTY. The last 30 days of the contract is to accommodate the placement of thermoplastic striping only. All other contract related work must be completed within 90 days. Liquidated damages will begin to be imposed if there are any outstanding items remaining incomplete after 90 days.
