The work consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and material necessary to install approximately 730 feet of 4-inch, 6-inch & 8-inch water mains along Waiomao Homestead Road from the Palolo Chlorinator to Waiomao Road. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 to $2,500,000 The BWS reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive all defects and to eliminate or delete from the Contract any ITEM NUMBER or any work included under any LUMP SUM bid or UNIT PRICE bid or any part of any UNIT PRICE bid in the Proposal.
