A/C Removal ATaS Lab NAWCTSD

The Contractor shall remove and dispose three (03) Multi Aqua, Model Number CFFWA-12-01-U Interior Wall Mounted Air Conditioning units from Room 1075. The removal process includes capping off the ½ inch copper chilled water supply and return lines in the overhead ceiling above the units, to disconnect and remove the electrical connections from the main circuit breaker panel located in the same room. The Contractor shall remove the A/C mounts on the wall and repair the drywall. The Contractor shall remove the attached electrical switch boxes (aka knife switch) located by each unit and repair the drywall. All work to be coordinated with the government (NSA Orlando, NAVFAC and NAWCTSD). All work shall be installed in accordance all Unified Facility Criteria (e.g. National Electric Code (NEC), Life Safety Code, etc.).
