Description

The work generally consists of the demolition of two (2) existing air-cooled chillers, two (2) existing chilled water coil recirculation pumps and accessories. Installation of two (2) new air-cooled chillers, two (2) new chilled water coil recirculation pumps, new controls, associated piping, and accessories. New chillers are to be connected to existing building automation controls system. New pumps are to be connected to existing variable frequency drives and building automation controls system.
