Description

The scope of Work includes but is not limited to demolition of existing tennis and basketball courts, fencing, and retaining walls; earthwork and grading; storm sewer; water service; structural concrete wall and concrete sidewalk and ribbon curb; landscaping; tennis and pickleball court construction; fencing. Owner will award the Contract to the lowest most responsible and responsive Bidder, as determined by Owner. In considering the Bidder's responsibility, the Owner may evaluate, among other factors, the ability of the Bidder to provide resources to timely and properly complete the services, the financial capability of the Bidder, and the performance of the Bidder on other projects of similar size and scope.
