Sports Construction Services. The Cooperative Council of Governments (CCOG), an Ohio public agency, on behalf of Equalis Group members, is publishing this Request for Proposals for Sports Construction Services. Upon successful completion of the RFP, the Winning Supplier(s), Equalis Group, and CCOG will enter into a multi-year contract to provide the Winning Supplier's products and services to public sector agencies across the country. Public Agencies who join Equalis Group can work with any of Equalis Group Supplier without being required to conduct their own RFP process. Please consider responding to this RFP.
