Xeriscape Project at Select Housing Sites Landscape work will be performed at the following HACLA sites: 1. Gonzaque Village 1515 East 105 th Street Los Angeles, CA 2. Avalon Gardens 701 East 88 th Place Los Angeles, CA 9005 3. Estrada Courts & Extension 3232 Estrada Street Los Angeles, CA 90023 The purpose of this Quote for Small Purchase of Maintenance request ("Quote for Small Purchase" or "QSP") is to invite qualified Contractors to submit to the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles ("HACLA") price quotes for the work described in the Scope of Work, which is attached to or a part of the Quote Form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Since the estimated cost of this procurement does not exceed HACLA's small purchase threshold of $250,000, HACLA is procuring these services using the small purchase procedures authorized by HACLA's Procurement Policy. HACLA does not guarantee a minimum value for this Contract. Estimated Time for Completion: 28 business days after the established date on the Notice to Proceed Contractors and subcontractors employed on the project may address questions concerning applicable wage rates and payroll reporting to LaborCompliance@hacla.org. 1. 25 percent or more of the total number of labor hours worked by all workers on the project are Section 3 Workers; and 2. 5 percent or more of the total number of labor hours worked by all workers on the project are Targeted Section 3 Workers; and 3. 30 percent of all New Hires are Section 3 Workers 4. Section 3 Business contracting goal of 10% for construction contracts and 3% for non-construction contracts.
