Sturgeon and Rollins Water Main Replacement (Re-Bid)

The insurance obtained, which is described above, shall provide adequate protection for the Contractor and his/her subcontractors, respectively, against damage claims that may arise from operations under this contract, whether such operations be by the insured or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by him/her and also against any of the special hazards that may be encountered in the performance of this Contract. The work to be done generally consists of installing approximately 5,340 linear feet of 16-inch water main and appurtenances. A Bid security in the amount of five percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid Price is required The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all informalities not involving price, time or changes in the Work.
