Description

The Work consists of: As-Needed Traffic Management Services. The Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District acting by and through its Zone 7 Water Agency ("District") hereby gives notice that it will accept Bids for - As-Needed Traffic Management Services Contract Time. Three (3) years starting July 1, 2023, with an option to extend for an additional two (2) years. Required Contractor's License(S). Current and valid California Licenses and Permits to perform traffic management. The successful Bidder must comply with all prevailing wage laws applicable to the Project, and related requirements contained in the Contract Documents. For complete provisions, requirements, specifications, and deadlines, Bidders shall refer posted on the District's. Pre-bid Site Visit. None Bidders are solely responsible for the cost of preparing their Bids. District specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, or re-bid, or to waive inconsequential deviations from Bid requirements not involving time, price, or quality of the Work.
