| Description | Lukachukai Community School (client) is inviting proposals for building systems commissioning services for Lukachukai Community School - New School Construction Project. The project is a K-8 grade school with 392 students and 103,000 SF of school, dormitory, support services, civil infrastructure and playground/sports fields funded by the Bureau of Indian Affairs through P.L. 100-297 Grant. The project is located in Lukachukai, Arizona of off Route 13, approximately 87 miles north of Gallup, New Mexico and/or 61 miles north of Window Rock, Arizona. The project includes Design/Build method of construction and targeting LEED Silver Rating certification. |
