Description

To reconstruct Fire Station No. 39 at a new location. The selected site for the new location is currently owned by Pinellas County. The City is working with Pinellas County to obtain the property, located at the southeast corner of 130th Ave N and Jackson Street. This agreement is contingent on the City obtaining the property from Pinellas County. The City has selected Wannemacher Jensen Architects as the design firm for this project. Wannemacher Jensen Architects has begun designing the new 3-bay fire station. It is forecasted to be approximately 10,000 square feet in size.
