Description Scope of work: Preparation - Prior to sealcoating the entire area will be swept and cleaned of all debris with commercial blowers, areas adjacent to the grass shall be power edged. Crack filling - Removal of all weeds and debris and seal all cracks up to and including 1” with hot, applied crack sealant. Sealcoating - Driveway sealer to be applied by spray or squeegee method. Sealer shall be applied by hand near any obstacles to provide and clean and neat finish. Stripping - Layout and stripe all original stall and pavement marking with the exception of Middle Grove firehouse handicap parking to be moved to the rear parking area of the building and remove dangle parking to length parking.
