| Description | 2024 Electrical Services, the contract to cover the period of February 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 10% of the amount of bid. The successful bidder shall agree to Comply with Chapter 127 of the Public Laws of 1975 during the performance of the Contract. All bidders all comply and sign the "Affirmative Action Plan; Stockholders Statement; and Non-Collusion Certification" as provided with the instructions in the Bid Proposal Form. Failure to furnish this information may be cause for Rejection of bid as submitted. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any immaterial defect or informality in any bid should it be in the interest of the Authority to do so. This bid being solicited through a fair and opened process in accordance with N.J.S.A. |
