Spring Street Improvements

The project generally consists of the lining of existing storm sewer and sanitary sewer, replacement and upgrade of the existing storm structures, fire hydrant replacement and ADA curb ramps, with partial roadway reconstruction of Spring Street between East Front Street and Ambassador Drive. Sewer improvements include approximately: 3 UN lining, storm sewer manhole, 650 LF lining existing pipe, 36" diameter 170 LF lining existing pipe, 48" diameter, 4 UN lining, sanitary sewer manhole, 830 LF sanitary sewer pipe lining, and all associated work. Water Improvements include approximately: 3 UN fire hydrant, 3 UN wet tap 6" x 6" tee, and all associated work. Roadway improvements include approximately: 15,370 SY HMA milling, 460 TN 19M64 base course, 1,840 TN HMA 9.5M64 surface course, 2,195 LF concrete curb, 55 SY concrete gutter, 1,600 SY concrete sidewalk, 610 SY concrete driveway apron, ADA curb ramps, traffic striping and markings, landscaping, reconstructing and resetting of storm structures, water/gas valves, and sanitary cleanouts, and any and all associated work.
