Bids will be received at The Center for Family Justice 753 Fairfield Avenue, Bridgeport, Ct. 06604,Each bid must be submitted with two (2) copies and must be sealed. Late bids, incomplete bids or bids received at any other location will not be accepted. A ten percent certified bid bond is required. The owner reserves the right to award based upon the evaluation of the bid package in the best interest of The Center for Family Justice. The owner and architect reserves the right to waive any formalities, irregularities, or technical defects in the Bids and award based upon the evaluation of the bid package in the best interest of The Center for Family Justice.This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements.
