| Description | The scope of work consists of providing operations, maintenance and monitoring (OM&M) of the current and expanded landfill gas collection and control system (GCCS) at the New Hanover County Landfill. This includes the maintenance, monitoring, and repair (as needed) of the existing GCCS blower skid, flare, and air compressor equipment. OM&M services shall be performed in accordance with the 40 CFR 60, Subpart XXX gas collection and control requirements. New Hanover County reserves the right to reject any and all bids. s. Bidding questions will only be accepted in writing through 5:00 p.m. EST on May 31, 2023. |
