Description

Consulting firm to perform Biological Assessments of 14 proposed and existing residential lease sites on the Hualapai Reservation located in and around the communities of Peach Springs and Valentine. The work also includes a biological assessment of the Hualapai Police Department’s (HPD) existing site. The 14 proposed residential leases range from ¼-acre suburban lots up to five acres in size, with several being on developed properties and several more on underdeveloped land in rural parts of the reservation. The HPD site contains 1.22 acres. Table A shows the size and location of each property.
