Twin Lakes Aeration

Design, procure and install an aeration system for the large pond at Twin Lakes Park as specified herein from a source(s) of supply that will give prompt and efficient service to the County. The Turnkey Scope of Work shall include, but may not be limited to the following: • Confirm size, depth and volume of the lake • All scientific analysis, engineering and construction services to properly design, size and install the aeration system such as: o Controllers, timers, flow meters, pumps, gauges and related infrastructure o Water pumps and manifolds o Lakebed tubing o Built-in redundancy measures to ensure continual operation of system o Optional services for ozone enhancements and beneficial bacteria injection • Plumbing system sizing and installation services for water source, piping, conduit and other required infrastructure, etc. • Electrical system sizing and installation services for power establishment, metering, and panels, etc. • Equipment shelter to protect infrastructure • Other services and equipment as needed to satisfy the scope of work. Contractor shall identify and provide this information to Adams County • Identify and obtain all required permits along with utility coordination • Training of Adams County personnel on the operation and maintenance of the system
