Description | Location and Description. The Project is located at 370 Arbor Avenue, Tracy, CA. Work will include but is not limited to: SWPPP management, installation and maintenance of BMPs, coordination with vendors for installation of City provided premanufactured structures, structure foundations for premanufactured structures, foundation for Sprung Structure, erection of a Sprung high tension membrane structure, interior build out of Sprung structure, plumbing, electrical & HVAC systems, sewer lift station package & precast holding tank, fencing and gates, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, asphalt pavement, bioretention basins, drainage systems, landscaping and all other required work. Time for Completion. The planned timeframe for work is between November 2022 and September 2023. Contract time to be three hundred (300) calendar days. License. This Project requires a valid California contractor's license for the following classification(s): Class A, General Engineering Contractor's License or Class B, General Building Contractor's License. Prevailing Wage Requirements. This Project is subject to the prevailing wage requirements, available at City Engineer's office or online, applicable to the locality in which the Work is to be performed. As this project involves federal funds, Davis Bacon requirements will be enforced. Federal minimum wage rates, as predetermined by the U.S. Department of Labor, have been attached to this bid document. If there is a difference between the federal minimum wage rates predetermined by the U.S. Department of Labor and the Prevailing Wage Rates determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California for similar classifications of labor, the Contractor and his subcontractors shall pay no less than the higher wage rate. Bonds. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the maximum Contract Price, and a warranty bond for 10% of the maximum Contract Price.
