Description | This Request for Quote (RFQ) will support the formation of a firm fixed price contract for work to provide all labor, materials, tools, and other equipment necessary remove and replace flag poles at several locations throughout Indiana Dunes National Park. PROJECT LOCATION: Indiana Dunes National Park. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $25,000 and $100,000. WAGES: Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Porter County, IN will apply to this contract. Certified payrolls will be required. Please also note that Executive Order 14026 applies to this contract - the contractor must pay all covered workers at least $15.00 per hour (or the applicable wage rate listed on the wage determination if it is higher) for all hours spent performing on this contract in 2022. NAICS CODE: 238990. The size standard is $16.5M. NOTICE OF SET ASIDE: This project will be set aside 100% for Small Businesses. SCHEDULE: This contract is expected to be awarded in August 2022 with work to begin in August 2022. All work must be completed within 60 days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. SITE VISIT: An organized site visit has been scheduled for: Wednesday July 6, 2022 at 10:00 AM CT Indiana Dunes National Park Paul H. Douglas Environmental Learning Center 100 North Lake Street Gary, IN 46403 Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirements and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance. The contracting office will not provide hard copies or email copies of the solicitation. REGISTRATIONS: To be considered for award, an offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM). The SAM website is https://www.sam.gov. Offerors must also have completed their Online Representations and Certifications by the time of the solicitation close date.
