No definite date for the rebid.** The scope of work for the Grand Theater project includes the demolition of the Theater building including demolition of the existing foundations below grade, providing a new exterior wall and curtain wall system at the north exterior wall of Building A, which will be exposed after removal of the Theater, and cutting off and removing or capping existing utilities, filling, compacting and fine grading the site area to accommodate new landscaping, which will be installed after completion of the DMA project, relocating mechanical equipment (ductwork, plumbing, fire sprinkler riser, etc.) on the exterior south wall of the existing theater building serving Buildings B2 and B3 currently located in the footprint of the Theater.
