| Description | 1. Project requires approximately 1,395 linear feet of fencing for a portion of the perimeter of the property and along the main driveway (delineated in green on the color-coded map). 2. Contractor shall remove approximately 675-linear feet of guard rails that are located around the perimeter (delineated in red on the color-coded map) except for the guard rails located near the rental office on 1800 block of Fogarty Avenue. Guard rails located in the interior of the property will remain. A total of nine (9) I-beams that exist in the 20’ setbacks of the corners of First and Fogarty and George and Vivian Street shall be removed. All other I-beams will be left in place. All removed guard rails will be stacked neatly and will remain the property of the KWHA. KWHA personnel will collect and store off site for future use. |
