The Contractor shall Weekly or as determined by the agency: 1. Mow all irrigated grassy areas on the property. See green areas on attached map. 2. Trim with a string trimmer around the buildings, outer buildings, driveway, sidewalks, equipment and other stationary objects. 3. Rake, as needed, to remove excess clippings, leaves or other debris. 4. Use a broom or a blower to remove clippings from the parking areas and sidewalks. 5. Remove weeds or grass growing in shrubbery areas, mulch-covered areas and rocked covered areas in the front and side of WFO. 6. Use an edger to trim along all sidewalks and other edges as necessary. 7. Bag and remove all clippings (not used for mulch) and debris from the site using approved methods which follow all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations
