Continuing Service Contract for Architectural and Engineering Services

1. Represent the School District as the Architect of Record and provide construction administration services, as needed. 2. Provide complete Architectural/Engineering services and related services to include schematic, design development and construction documents. The Architect is required to coordinate the professional services required to support the completed design of the Project 3. The Architect shall provide cost of construction estimates throughout the design process and shall provide adjusted estimates, as may be required. If the Architect has determined the estimated cost of construction has changed during any phase of design, the Architect shall provide the adjusted estimate, in writing, to the Owner’s Project Representative and the Facilities Division’s Director of Design and Construction Services.
