Description

The City of Coral Gables would like to engage an experienced and qualified contractor for the construction of a fitness trail at kerdyk Park located at 6611 Yumuri Street, Coral gables, FL 33146. The scope includes: • Removal of existing mulch walkway and exercise equipment. • Construction of new concrete thicken-edge path including new benches and exercise equipment. • Concrete walkway is to be 6-foot wide and 4-inch thick with reinforcement. • Contractor shall retain surveyor and arborist services for proper installation. • Site is to be restored and sodded as needed. • Construction area shall be isolated from park daily activities
