Description | The San Marco project is located at 1601 Madison Street, Cincinnati, OH 45206. The project is a Historic rehab of both interior and exterior features. Critical that all work conforms to plans. Scope of work includes complete interior rehad of all units and common area along with upgrading building mechanicals, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm and emergency power. Exterior improvements include tuck pointing and site feature improvements. Please not that new sewer line to the street is are required on this project. Riverview and San Marco are two separate projects. Riverview will commence first followed by San Marco about 5-6 months later. Provide separate pricing for each and if you are awarded both projects, would there be any cost savings or discounts.
