| Description | Work consists of replacing the existing 14 Smoke Relief fans with new smoke relief fans and associated components of equal, or better capacity and performance characteristics. Units are located in the Main Institution Buildings Housing Units. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to verify the exact location of the units and the modifications necessary to fit properly in the available space for a fully functional system without any additional costs to the Owner. The work will also include providing or modifying existing roof penetrations and or curbs to provide a base for the installation of the new smoke relief fans. Removing and replacing all ancillary components for a complete smoke evacuation system to include electrical wiring & conduit. |
