Millville Public Library Expansion

Project Base Scope generally includes, but is not limited to: Addition (approximately 10,300 s.f.): • One-story steel frame, masonry, and precast plank building with partial basement and elevator. • EPDM roof on steel deck. • New HVAC, plumbing and electric. • Full fire suppression and alarm system • New accessible entrance. Renovation (approximately 8,730 s.f.): • Partial demo and new partitions. • Connect utilities to completed addition. • New interior stair. • Roof system replacement. • Toilet room renovations. • New finishes throughout. Site: • Pine Street at south end of site is to be vacated and reduced from two-way to one-way traffic. • Re-route site utilities. • Modifications to site paving/striping, walkways, landscape and lighting. • Partial irrigation.
