Description 1.Add to existing insulation (fiberglass and other) to bring to a uniform level with an R-49 insulating factor. High density cellulose shall also be installed in voids, seams and crevices. 2.Blow in six inches (6") of high density cellulose through the stairway steps (to the attic) to insulate the ceiling under said stairway. 3.Install weather stripping around the attic doorway (entrance) and the two eastern facing gable end windows. Install rigid foam of a four inch (4") thickness to the underside of the hatch door to the roof, and weatherstrip/caulk said hatch, while allowing free operation of same to access roof. 4.Caulk and seal all attic floor and ceiling piping penetrations. Seal all openings around ductwork, as it exists in the attic. 5.Install pipe insulation on all heating pipes where visible, reachable, and are currently uninsulated. 6.Install a 5+/- gallon electric on-demand hot water heater in the boiler room, replacing existing 40gallon model. 7.Replace ceiling mounted heating radiator in the Ketchum Memorial Meeting Room with a floor mounted radiator, heat control valve and dedicated thermostat. 8.Remove existing trim on interiors of windows and insulate/caulk voids where windows meet the building structure. Replace said trim with those removed. 9.Install a one hour dial-type switch/timer for lighting on rear exterior of building. 10.Replace existing lighting fixtures in Town Hall with L.E.D. fixtures at 20W luminaires. The Town will consider, with receipt of empirical evidence, by qualified engineer, the possibility of retrofitting said fixtures with L.E.D. light bulbs only, to effect the same identified energy savings. 11.Install individual zone control valves on all radiators in tandem with remote thermostats, and replace 20 radiator traps. 12.Install an interior zone thermostat to control operation of heat redistribution fan in the Collector/Treasurers Office. 13.Replace Police Garage exterior light with an L.E.D. lighting fixture of 20W luminaires. 14)Install motion detector/activated L.E.D. of 20W luminaires exterior light over rear entry door to Police Department
