2021 Weltmer Park Project

Install 5-foot concrete walk and concrete floor existing dug outs quantity of 2, approximately 2100 square feet. Paving of existing parking lot approximately 17,835 square feet which includes grading existing area using existing stone, pave 2” with 448 type 2 asphalt and 2” 448 Type 1 asphalt, compact each 2” lift, seal any transition joints or cold seams with hot rubber as needed, and line striping. Paving of new trails approximately 19,800 square feet (9’ wide with 3” asphalt) Excavate and grade new trail, all dirt will stay onsite, install Geogrid fabric followed by 6” of 304 limestone, storm pipe installed as needed, pave 3” 448 type 1 Asphalt, compact and seal any transition joints or cold seams with hot rubber as needed.
