| Description | Provides for the milling and asphalt overlay of the Pennsylvania Turnpike mainline from Milepost 142.00 to Milepost 149.23. The project involves the replacing of the binder and wearing courses of the existing travel lanes, replacing the wearing course only for the Bedford Interchange Ramps and Toll Plaza, structure decking waterproofing and repairs for structure B-511 and B-512, and drainage improvements at the South Midway Service Plaza. Work also includes maintenance and protection of traffic.
