Description

The Marionville Park Board is accepting sealed bids for the construction of an ADA approved single family bathroom and sidewalk. All bidders must comply with the Department of Labor's Prevailing Wage Law requirements if project is over $75,000 and bid must be accompanied by a bid bond as specified in the packet. The firm chosen will be chosen on the basis of best qualified; not necessarily lowest proposal. The Park Board reserves the right to reject or accept any or all proposals or portions of a proposal. The owner did not receive any bids on this project.
