Nichols Road at Lake Street and Alberhill Ridge Road at Nichols Road Traffic Signalization

Mobilization / Demobilization will include, but not be limited to the movement of personnel, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to the jobsite setting up construction staging, equipment storage, maintenance yard, site preparation, and the performance of General Conditions. General Conditions means Contractors costs and expenses reasonably necessary for supervision of the Work, including, but not limited to, all Contractors head office and branch office staff and other costs incurred at head office or branch offices, all Contractors on and off- site supervisory, clerical and other Project support and administration personnel, all Contractors temporary on-site utilities and facilities, including job trailer, temporary toilets, and barricades, security and guard services, payroll taxes and all insurance, workers compensation, markups, fees, taxes, levies, and marketing costs, accounting and administration, warranty reserves, trash removal, telephone and telecopier expenses and other communications costs, trucks, travel, lodging, board, disbursements, fuel, and cleanup, printing, and other legally required Contractor cost items.
