R--Bathroom Repairs

This acquisition is set aside 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Central Acquisition Office intends to award a firm fix priced commercial item contract in response to replace the toilet bowl, sink, water, facet and install new supply line and drain in the bathroom at Building#406 Shop at the BIE-John F. Kennedy Day School, PO Box 130, 110 E. Dishchin Road (Cedar Creek), Whiteriver, AZ. The school is going to furnish the toilet bowl, sink, faucet and supply and drains for the repair. The contractor is responsible for installation only. The purpose of this contract is to procure plumbing services to replace the toilet bowl, sink, water faucet and install new supply line and drain in the bathroom at Building #406 (Shop). Vendor will furnish labor only, John F. Kennedy shall furnish the toilet bowl, sink, faucet and supply and drain for this repair. The Contractor shall furnish sufficient technical and supervisory personnel to ensure the accomplishment of the repair services. Additionally, the contractor shall furnish all services, tools, and travel required in connection with this work. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment while onsite. The contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal laws and with such additional measures as the Contracting Office may find necessary. General Requirements: o Replace toilet bowl. o Replace sink and water faucet. o Install new supply line and drain in the Shop bathroom, Building #406.
