Description

Affordable Housing Solutions of Sioux Falls, SD, requests sealed bids for the completed construction of 3025 N Wayland Avenue, a Harrisburg HS home that will be relocated to this address, and the new construction of four (4) turn-key single-family twin-home residences: The address locations for the four units is 3031 N Wayland Avenue, and 2000 E 12th Street, all in Sioux Falls SD. The Bid will be awarded to the qualified contractor with the lowest bid for each of the home projects. The lowest qualified bids for completing the single-family housing units will be awarded. There is a capacity requirement of being able to finish the building with certificates of occupancy issued by the City of Sioux Falls within 180 days from contract date. Performance bonds in the amount of the contract may be required prior to the start of construction. Affordable Housing Solutions reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of Affordable Housing Solutions. Bidders must be a residential contractor licensed with the City of Sioux Falls. Special attention is directed to the Bidders Activity Report. The Bidders Activity Report form which is a listing of all sub-contractors that bids were solicited from must be completed and submitted with your bid proposal.
