Description

a. Install all new Meeting Room AV equipment, associated electronics, mounts 1. Flat panel displays, speech timer displays, wall mounted IR transmitter/emitter, wall mounted PTZ cameras, ceiling mounted loudspeakers, microphone antennas, occupancy sensors with plenum backboxes, dais microphones and dais mounted touch panel. b. Field installation of all Lobby/Restroom AV equipment: 1. wall mounted 55” flat panel display, 4 ceiling mounted loudspeakers 2. Occupancy sensor 3. Main equipment rack 4. Wall plates 5. Various loose equipment on countertop c. Commissioning and Testing: 1. Test all AV related AC receptacles for mis-wiring, voltage relationships, impedance and voltage sag, prior to plugging any equipment in 2. Thoroughly test all system equipment, functions and signal paths prior to consultant’s arrival on site for final adjustment. 3. Verify all settings survive loss of power and UPS failure. 4. Accompany consultant to support final loudspeaker EQ and AV system adjustments and acceptance test.
