Description

The final settlement notice is required Work will consists of the following: install new Variable Air Volume (VAV) Boxes, installing new VAV boxes, replace low-pressure ductwork distribution, add slot diffusers, add perforated return grills into ceiling grid, re-balance new VAVs, reuse and reconnect thermostat to new VAV box, integrate into the building temperature control system, install new hydronic control valves, new hydronic piping distribution with insolation, install new Direct Digital Controller (DDC) hydronic temperature controls on floor.
