| Description | The Gloucester Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Elevator Maintenance and Repair Service for a term of 3 years at 667-4 McPherson Park, 667-5 Sheedy Building & 667-6 Clark Building for the Gloucester Housing Authority in Gloucester Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Gloucester Housing Authority. The Project consists of: Elevator maintenance and repair service for five (5) passenger elevators and one wheelchair lift for a term of 3 years. Bids are subject to M.G.L. & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of N/A) General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than fiv e (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates) and made payable to the Gloucester Housing Authority. There is no plan deposit. |
