The documentation on how the data extraction is achieved and the type of data in the offering shall become the property of the Government at the conclusion of the project. The AOC also plans to design/build the U.S. House of Representatives (House) and U.S. Senate (Senate) a Mobile Legislative Call System (MLCS).
