Description

The City of Las Vegas ("Owner") hereby invites interested persons or organizations, qualified as a construction manager/general contractor ("Applicants"), to submit written Proposals for the performance of construction manager at risk services for the Centennial Hills Indoor/Outdoor Pool and Building Improvements Project ("Project"). Project is located at 6601 North Buffalo Drive, LV NV 89131.Preconstruction Services shall include constructability reviews, construction cost estimates, advice, project analysis and feedback regarding materials, methods, systems, schedule, labor and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of the Project. Estimated Project Cost: $ 9,500,000 Preconstruction services are anticipated to begin January 2024 and construction is anticipated to begin January 2025, with estimated completion November 2025.
