| Description | Vacuum off existing pea gravel & dispose of debris • Remove all existing built up roofing down to the substrate deck & dispose of debris • Supply & mechanically attach or loose lay ISO insulation for an R30 complete with saddles • All insulation will be properly staggered & laid out to provide for positive drainage • Supply & install fully adhered .060 EPDM roof system complete with drain inserts • A 20 year NDL total systems warranty will be issued by the manufacturer • Architectural sheet metal to consist of 24ga. Kynar 500 prefinished steel perimeter flashings • Remove (1) existing 5’ x 5’ roof hatch at each location. Patch the deck & re-roof at both locations |
