Subscriptions can be turned on and off at any time by the registered user. Only the prime or general contractor submitting a bid are responsible for payment. A bid security in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the bid is required for the contract. C. "Or approved equal" equipment is acceptable if, in fact, it is equal in performance, materials, code compliance, and serviceability as determined by the Engineer. D.
