Description

Contractor shall replace existing Fire Alarm System to a code compliant, nonproprietary addressable fire alarm system capable of future campus network expansion. Approved non-proprietary systems include the following: Potter, Silent Knight, Firelite, Contractor shall provide one (1) graphic style LED annunciator located at the main entrance to the LSB. New annunciator shall match existing. Contractor shall reuse all existing wiring and conduit where feasible. Contractor to provide a unit cost of 500 ft. for material and labor to address any damaged existing wiring. Contractor to remove all existing notification devices, and supply and install all new notification devices. Contractor to remove all existing initiating devices, and supply and install all new addressable initiating devices.
