Two (2) CDBG Scattered Site Housing Rehabilitation

**As of November 10, 2022. The Project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The City of Conover is requesting bid proposals for two (2) CDBG Scattered Site Housing Rehabilitation jobs which is located on 8th Ave SW which is a rebid from August 29th and also 1st Street W, Conover. You will need to be a licensed contractor as well as RRP lead certified since the bids will range from $30,000 up to $72,000 and contain some lead base paint work. These jobs consist of guttering, new windows, vinyl siding, new exterior & interior doors, HVAC systems, insulation, deck repair/replacement, electrical work, plumbing work, floor covering installation, interior painting, kitchen appliances, pest control as well as other carpentry work. You will have to use licensed subcontractors and be responsible for their work.
