HVAC Upgrades and Repairs for Blue Marsh Lake

The contractor shall provide all personnel, one 5 ton high efficiency split outdoor condenser and indoor evaporator coil, two 3 ton high efficiency split heat pump, and all associated supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the required services to the Blue Marsh Lake HVAC system renovation as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Services provided under this contract will be performed in three phases. The first phase will be administration building 5 ton HVAC replacement. The second phase will be ranger station 3 ton split heat pump unit replacement. The third phase will be conference center 3 ton split heat pump unit replacement.
