Contract for Trash, Litter, and Debris Collection

The Town of Lantana will be accepting Bids for an Invitation to Bid for the Contract for trash, liter, and debris collection. Description of work includes the following: Collect and remove trash from parks and public places located throughout the Town of Lantana. All trash collected should be disposed of at Town provided dumpster. All trash cans hold fifty-six (56) gallon bags. All pet waste stations hold Small Dog pickup bags (8 x 13 ) and Large Garbage Bags/Trash Liners (27.5 x 29 ). Collect and remove litter and debris from parks and public spaces throughout the Town of Lantana. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all required pages are included in the Bid. Therefore, all Bidders are advised to thoroughly examine the Invitation to Bid. One contract will be awarded for all work outlined and described in the Invitation to Bid. The Town of Lantana is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property. Further instructions and conditions are stated in the bidding documents. The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive technicalities and/or any irregularities therein. The Town further reserves the right to award a contract to the bidder whose proposal best serves the interests of the Town in the sole discretion of the Town.
