Description

The Project consists of the following phases of work: Phase Two: Renovations to the interior of the existing OEP (2,000 sf) and relocating Human Resources into this renovated space once OEP is relocated into their new renovated space under Phase One scope of Work (N.I.C.) Phase One: This Scope of work was a part of a previous contract, the renovating of the interior of the existing Clerk of Courts office (2,600 sf) to provide new facilities for the Offices of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (OEP).
